[CoLoCo] Ubuntu Library System

I decided to end up using http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koha_%28software%29
It looks really good and I'll be meeting with our tech guy this week. Thanks
for all the help.
I'll keep you updated as the situation progresses.
