I personaly prefer to use the Avant-Windows-Navigator
Dock<http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U8X2GUD6keY>..
Both require that you have Compiz or Beryl running.
But for Kiba : I used the Trevino's Repo :

*vim /etc/apt/sources.list*

Add this to the bottom:

#Treviño's Ubuntu
deb http://download.tuxfamily.org/3v1deb feisty eyecandy
deb-src http://download.tuxfamily.org/3v1deb feisty eyecandy

Then Run :

(To grab the Secure key)
*wget http://download.tuxfamily.org/3v1deb/DD800CD9.gpg -O- | sudo apt-key
add -
*
(To install Kiba)*
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install kiba-dock
sudo apt-get install kiba-dock-dev
sudo apt-get install kiba-plugins*

Unless of course you'd prefer to install from source?
