And in response to the blog post: I strongly doubt that Gnome will ever kill
off KDE...  truth be told, it's always lacked far behind in features and
desktop integration.  (I'm fairly certain this is more fact than my opinion,
but I'm sure I'll get flamed anyways).  ;-)
