[CoLoCo] is this a good mobo

I'm having a hard time finding a solid (i.e. reliable) mobo for core 2
processors at around $100. Nothing seems overly well reviewed but then
sometimes those reviewers are very picky. Any thoughts on this one

bought a core 2 mobo and have good luck with it?
