[CoLoCo] Switching from DHCP to static ips

Unfortunately it looks like you may be out of luck, I checked on the
Tomato<http://www.polarcloud.com/tomatofaq#what_will_this_run_on>,
OpenWRT <http://wiki.openwrt.org/Hardware/Linksys> and
DD-WRT<http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Supported_Devices#Linksys>firmware.
