I've had an odd issue creep up and, to be honest, I'm not sure it's
even Ubuntu related - but since I am running Ubuntu (8.04) and in
general this is a smart group of folks I thought I'd ask.
I've googled but not found anything relevant.
I have an HP PCS 750xi printer. In general both printing and scanning
work very well. There is one issue that has started though.
When printing, the last page of the print job may sit there partially
printed for 5 to 10 minutes before it finally finishes and ejects the
page. It's pretty much just the last little bit of the page that
doesn't print no matter how much info there is on the last page.
I'm not positive, but this could be OpenOffice related - that is, this
behavior might only be happening with OO. That thought just occurred
to me when I sat down to write this out and I have the *impression* it
might only occur with OO but I can't be positive.
It's almost like there's a buffer that's not getting flushed until it
times out.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.
