[CoLoCo] Solved Many Problems Fear New Ones in the Future

Well, I have to say I've finally fix all of my problems with Linux. I
still couldn't get Ubuntu to work right using the newest Nvidia drivers
with my Geforce FX 5600 and generic Sun workstation monitor. So, I
installed Kubuntu and low and behold problem solved. I also got MP3 and
Commercial DVD Playback installed much easier on Kubuntu than Ubuntu. I
played around with a copy of Mandrake Linux a long time ago with KDE,
and I have to say KDE has really matured in a serious way. I did try
Kubuntu KDE4 Remix and I have some worries.

The biggest problem I had with Ubuntu using Gnome was that the screen
resolution screen didn't include an option for selecting what type of
monitor you had. KDE in 8.04 still has this, but KDE4 Remix does not.
This is a problem. There are a lot of people like me with exactly the
same or similar screen resolution issues with Ubuntu which cannot be
easily resolved because the ability to manually select your monitor type
was taken out. This is something that should be addressed in future
releases of the Linux OS or new users like me will run into this
problem, they won't be able find a simple way to fix it, and they'll get
frustrated and give up on Ubuntu. This isn't acceptable by any short
order. Anything problems in Ubuntu that could potentially drive users
away like this rather widespread issue should be the dressed
immediately. If any of you have ties to the dev community for Ubuntu
I'd strongly suggest that this be address. As someone who isn't new to
computers but is new to Linux I can tell you that your Average Joe
computer users will not tolerate such problems which should be simple to
fix.

Anyway, I now have Kubuntu setup and configured the way I want it, but
I'm trying to find a way to setup one of the programs I have to start
when I log in. Its the Compiz Fusion engine you can download for KDE
that's experimental. It adds the Gnome-like ability to zoom into the
desktop when the Nvidia drivers are installed and In Use among other
Desktop Effects. Its not really feature rich right but I'm certain new
features will be added over time. As for now I must manually click
"Compiz Fusion Icon" on the K menu after I've logged in.

How can I get this to start up automatically when I log in?
