[CoLoCo] FOSS chart tool

I've been trying to make some charts using OO.o spreadsheet and I'm not
impressed. The options are limited. I wanted a nice 3D chart with columns
but what I get is too big and not very editable. Is there a good tool out
there for making data charts? I was hoping this project could be done with
100% FOSS but I'm contemplating using the "other" spreadsheet and I feel
like I need a shower.
