[CoLoCo] CoLoCo monthly team meeting

I don't know how to pull off the second life bit. I'm going to move forward
with an in person meeting and if someone wants to take on a second life
version that is fine (either synchronous with the meeting or otherwise).
However, I think we need the occasional face to face meeting anyway. Irc,
second life or any other form of distributed meeting just isn't the same.
