Greetings all,

We have been discussing starting a monthly meeting to try and get
people together and work on planning for various projects and events.
I am trying to find a location that is convenient to the greatest
number of people who will be likely to attend. Based on some
discussion on IRC I've narrowed it down to the Panera store in
Longmont or Arvada. Both have a meeting room and free wifi. We do need
to buy $50 worth of food to avoid a room charge.

The first meeting will be primarily to plan and finalize details for
the gutsy release party. Other topics might include a schedule for
monthly meetings, planning for other upcoming events, or anything
else.

The first meeting is scheduled for next Thursday (Sept 27) at 6:00 pm.
Plan on eating dinner there so we can hit the $50 mark. Location will
be at either Longmont or Arvada store. Please respond to this email if
you would like to attend and your preferred location. Also note if you
would be willing to attend if it ends up being held at the other
location.

Please reply by this Saturday.

Thanks,
Jim

+1 longmont (will attend in Arvada but probably not each month)
