[CoLoCo] Gutsy looking pretty gutsy

Technically, Kubuntu Gutsy will use KDE3 (3.5.7 I think) as the release
default.  But KDE4 will be available in the backports repository (already is
for gutsy testers).  The idea is that KDE4 will be tested in Gutsy for the
Hardy release (as far as I know).
