[CoLoCo] New Team Logo/Ubuntu stamps

This is a cool idea but a big rip off if you ask me. If you order 10 or more
sheets you are still paying almost double for each letter you send plus the
postage to get the stamps. I think it would be nice if canonical would pay
for some of their advertising. Loco teams should get a small budget to be
used to advocate and advertise ubuntu. For example, official loco teams
(like us) could be given a couple hundred a year which we spend on local
advertising (an approved list of billable things could be provided) and we
submit an accounting of our activities and costs yearly or something.
Minimal work, maximum payoff.
I wonder how we approach canonical about this???
