[CoLoCo] Missing SATA hard drive

I don't know what error code 8 is. However, I suspect things are not
entirely right with the drive or with the setup. I'm not sure which.
Ubuntu usually sets up all partitions it can read at install unless
you tell it not to. It even sets up the dell recovery partition on my
laptop. Assuming you let it do that, and it didn't, that further
suggests something being off. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to
figure out what. Sorry.
