[CoLoCo] Silver CDs?

I ordered my max allotment too. Anyone with a launchpad account can
order CD from the shipit page. You won't get a lot but you can order
more. After you order a couple times your allotment goes up. I started
at 3 per request and now get 10. I don't know if it goes any higher.
You can also special order larger amounts if you have a need - like
working in a school or doing a presentation.
