[CoLoCo] new t-shirt / help idea

I wouldn't say your heading down the wrong road but we've talked about doing
this "free tech support for Linux" idea before and nothing ever
materialized.

I think what we need is a tech support group within the LoCo, complete with
a lead who intends to do all the organization for this group. We need to
find someone who want to step up and be in charge of this project. I think
until we have a volunteer to run show, nothing will really get done.
