[CoLoCo] #ubuntu-colorado IRC channel logging idea

Good point.  I agree.  It is easier for folks to remember when we use
consistent names.

It took just a little while for the Tennessee Team to do this with
help from the IRC admins at #ubuntu-ops

And we should move the web page too at the appropriate time IIRC....
