[CoLoCo] #ubuntu-colorado IRC channel logging idea

Who would sometimes want the ability to read and refer to logged IRC 
conversations posted on our website (somewhere deep) for our #ubuntu-colorado 
channel if we had that ability set up?

PROS
#1 PRO: I as well as maybe some of you would enjoy the ability to quickly 
review logs for the times when we could not be logged in so we could follow 
and participate in conversations in a "time shifted" way.

#2 PRO This way we could also just conduct our official IRC meetings in our 
usual channel without having to move to another channel just to get the 
session recorded by mootbot.

CONS?
#1 CON: You can't curse without "being on record"? Big Brother fears
