[CoLoCo] 32 vs 64 bit..again

I am getting ready to set up my box one last time (yeah, right) with a
couple new drives and I can't decide between 32 and 64 bit. In the
past it seemed that 64 bit was not ready for average users but I've
been running it on my laptop for a month or so and it seems fine. Can
anyone think of any good reason not to go with 64 bit as my main OS?
What sort of caveats are there with 64 bit? Do I gain anything
worthwhile or when all is said and done should I just stick with 32
bit?

Thanks for any advice.
Jim
