[CoLoCo] Direct X 9.0c On WINE How-To

Here's a great how-to I found posted over at Digg.com.  Its step-by-step instruction on how to get Direct X 9.0c installed in WINE on any distro of Linux including Ubuntu.  When finished it is 95% compatible with current DX 9.0c games.
