[CoLoCo] Install Ubuntu on old laptop?

Hi:

I have an old laptop, see below, that I would like to install ubuntu onto.  

The system information shows what follows.  I don't know if other information is necessary or what it would be so let me know if more information is needed.

What would be recommended for starters to get the feel of ubuntu?
