[CoLoCo] Fax Server

I've set up hylafax, but our application was strictly outgoing. Also, to
be honest, once it was set up and working I've not had to deal with it
since, so it's been quietly running for several years now and I've not
had to touch it.

I'll be getting a fax machine sometime this week so I can play with it
more then if that will help.
