[CoLoCo] Heads up

For all who wish to contribute.

Has been setup for managing the development of all the Wordpress
features. The whole LoCo has been setup as the Drivers for the
project. So all are welcome to help out in documentation and answering
question or bugs. I will work on getting the current base set of code
uploaded to Bazzar and getting all the Blueprints and goals set up.
