[CoLoCo] purpose of the coloco list

This list will always be too much from some and not enough for others. I'd
say we just let it be what it is, its organic nature, and not worry about it
unless someone gets really off track. I'm certainly for setting rules like
no politics, but beyond that, it just is what it is...
