I don't do any flash, so not sure how good any of these would be but here
are a few I found:
http://www.swftools.org/examples.html Seems to be most promising..
These seem maybe out of date, but worth looking into.

http://fat.hut1.ru/
Another option would be to use WINE/Crossover Office and DreamWeaver. Wine
shows its compatable so I don't think Crossover would be needed.
