I'm on Qwest but I would be willing to explore this if we can get
enough people using the two ISPs. I might need a how to, though.

David, my ssh/port forwarding efforts should help you solve your issue
too. I've been using it a lot and think it's a pretty good solution.
I'm sure you have most or all the knowledge you need but if you need
something to try or some specifics feel free to ask.
