We used to get together and have talks by different people about all kinds of different stuff and generally have a good time. Lately its irc meeting with what appears to be little direction. A lot of what project should we do instead of teaching newer members how to work on software. Proper training takes time to create something not having a defined schedule prevents good meetings.
