IIRC, the initial impression most guys at the company had was that Outlook in CrossOver Office ran well, but there were little quirks that you found after running it for a few weeks, and I believe the majority went back to running VM's for their MS needs. My last job, an open source company supposedly, used that garbage known as Exchange Server. I know at least one of the guys I worked with, and bugged daily about it, is on this list, and I am sure he will probably say the same thing about x-over office and outlook.
