I think making sure we leave people with not just a sense of WOW but also I sense of ease in finding content about out local org info  and a local website like ubuntuchicago.com where they can get more information to local help and organizations. I also think we need to plug organizations like freekbox who are actively making a difference with Ubuntu in helping others. It might also make it easier if we possibly showcased the livecd and possibly a loaded Ubuntu desktop with xgl and games running. Obviously we need to show WINE and all it's glory.
