I'd be in.<br>I read a ton of books because I spend 3 hrs on CTA a day.<br><br>I'd prefer if rather than just reading Linux books all day we made it more of a computing/nerd general book club.<br><br>Some suggestions to start:
<br>Just For Fun (Linus Torvalds, this needs no rationale)<br>Cathedral and the Bazaar (Again, obvious reasoning)<br>Feynmann Lectures on Computing (Got this a while ago, really interesting read by one of the smartest people in recent history)
<br>Any Neal Stephenson/William Gibson/Phillip K. Dick<br><br>If any of the non coders wanted to pick one of the free <a href="http://python.org">python.org</a> books, I'd also be willing to work through that with the group at whatever pace we chose to help with debugging and understanding concepts.
