I personally think the hotel was a great option since it was centrally located for suburban and city folk. It might get a little cramped if more than 20 people show up. I believe Elmhurst also falls into the centrally located category, although I don't know if an EL goes out that way (only Metra? correct me if I'm wrong). Also, an IRC meeting should probably be set up with one or two people moderating (any volunteers?) so we can hash out the agenda.
