Good evening all,

I'd certainly be interested in participating in something, but I'm afraid I can't manage anything during the week. I'm keen to learn of the final plans, however, so please be sure to push the details to this mailing list.

Cheers,

Corey (captivus)

Hey you Chicago goofballs!

October 2nd through the 4th is the Ubuntu Glabal Jam. It is where the LoCo teams from around the world gather at a local venue and hang out. During this hanging out, they can hack, document, fix bugs, learn new things, teach others, you name it.

This would be awesome for us to do, though without your help it won't be possible. So with that, who would be down for getting together somewhere for a few hours on each day? Where can we hold this? What would you like to do during these days? Would you be down for like 4 hours each day, or maybe more on the 3rd and 4th since that is Saturday and Sunday? Would you like the city or the burbs?

I am down for all day events honestly, I have nothing else better to do. I would also prefer the burbs, but the city works for me as well. I would be down for some packaging, hacking, bugs, docs, and whatever else. I can teach and learn. I think a space where we can possibly break out in to groups if possible would be groovy. Kevin, would you be interested in hosting, if not, groovy.
