[Ubuntu Chicago] Release party

I was going through some of my messages, saw this, and had a thought. What keeps us from meeting on a regularly scheduled basis? Monthly might be a bit more than some could handle, but bimonthly or quarterly would be quite cool. Any thoughts on this?
