[Ubuntu Chicago] Global Bug Jam - Major Problems

I've been fairly absent from the LoCo but I'm down.  I may just get in
on IRC but I'll try to be there.  I'm pretty good at this whole bug
thing so I can give pointers and field questions.  Being 3 hours away
from Chicago makes it a hassle (and costly) trip to make but I will
try my hardest to be there.
