[Ubuntu Chicago] Chicago Loco IRC Meetings

Yes, most definitely. I would assume we would have a 'Agenda' section under
the meetings wiki page, where people can put down a topic or idea they want
to discuss with the team. That way, we have something to work off of for
meetings. Afterwards, we can always ask to see if anyone has any
other announcements that they'd like to make that weren't included on the
agenda for any reason.

As far as the meeting times, I don't think we would dare hold them during
standard business hours. I think too many people would miss out between work
or school. They would most likely be scheduled for evenings or weekends.
