[Ubuntu Chicago] Doc Jam - Postponed - (was Re: Doc jam dec XX)

Sounds good to me. I think we may get a much better turnout if this is
scheduled for after the new year and away from the hustle and bustle of the
holiday season. Is the venue still set for the Schaumburg Public Library, or
will it change due to rescheduling?
