[Ubuntu Chicago] Release event... kind of a radical idea though

Bear with me. Instead of doing a release party where we sit around and talk
about the new features and eat pizza and such.

Instead, I propose an event I've titled 'I broke it!'

Basicallly it's an attempt to do some bug work, and see if we can break
Interepid in the right way.

I'd like to propose this for 2 weeks or so after the release (3 weeks from
now.)
