1. For the meetings I can easily record all of them. I always carry a
voice recorder on me with the ability to record over 25 hours and I hope
for all our sakes none of our meetings ever go that long. I can then
post all our meetings on my website. I can also set the permissions to
let others upload audio or video if I do miss a meeting and set it so
only Ubuntu Chicago members can view/listen.

2. For the documentation my website also features a wiki. I have updated
a small Ubuntu writeup. It is a standard Wiki so it can updated by
anybody. Also, each page can be downloaded as a PDF. Please look through
the wiki. I am trying to develop it as a general OpenSource and free
technology resource.

3. The Ubuntu laptop sold to Matt was an HP dv4230us 1.8 Intel Celeron
with 512mb Ram and a 128mb video card. Ubuntu Gutsy was installed
without a single problem. The appearance options were set to maximum and
the laptop handled it well. I showed the laptop to Matt's roommate who
is now considering switching to Ubuntu as well. All the drivers worked
perfectly from the get go and Wine was installed to add Windows
compatibility.
