[Ubuntu Chicago] looking for rambus mem

anyone have some spare rambus mem that is cheap? 512mb is $80 (the cheapest on 
pricewatch) that I have found. I just need a little more for this computer my 
sister gave me so i can use it effectively as a server. thanks!
