[Ubuntu Chicago] Troubleshooting?

Hi All:

Is there an appropriate forum/address/whatever to solicit some Kubuntu 
troubleshooting help?

My CPU seems to be seems to be maxing out for no good reason. I can read the 
Process Table, but I don't know what most of the processes are so I don't 
know what I can kill.

I've attached a copy of my process table (exported from KSysguard) in case 
someone cares to have a peek. Thanks.
