[Ubuntu-US-CA] Ubuntu California LoCo leadership election

Hi all,

I have gone ahead and created a CIVS poll for the election. Everyone in the
ubuntu-california Launchpad group with a public (i.e. visible when logged
in) email address should have received a ballot. If for some reason you did
not receive a ballot or want it resent, please contact me off-list.

I intend to close the poll on the 13th and be able to promptly announce the
winners of (this|last) year's election.
