[Ubuntu-US-CA] Needed: Someone to run the next leadership election

Hi everyone,

We do annual leadership elections to decide who will lead us in the
coming year, and it's that time of year again!

Right now we need a short-term volunteer to put the effort into
running the election, from determining the precise timeframe, setting
up the wiki page and doing the call (and encouragement!) for
nominations to eventually setting up the poll in Launchpad for the
team.

You can also look in the mailing list archives for past years to see
how these have been handled.

Note: I'd be happy to work with anyone interested in running this to
get them started, but as mentioned at the meeting on Sunday[0] I'm
going to be out of the country with limited access to the Internet for
a month starting on October 10th.
