[Ubuntu-US-CA] Fwd: Ubuntu 11.04 (Natty Narwhal) reaches end-of-life on October 28, 2012

I think the documentation is right in this case - generally, you can't
upgrade from a mid cycle release to directly to the LTS and bypass the
other mid cycle releases. The supported option is to upgrade to 11.10, then
upgrade to 12.04.
