[Ubuntu-US-CA] Congratulations, O'Reilly Open Source Award winner Lyz!

Last Friday, at OSCON in Portland, Ubuntu California's own Elizabeth
Krumbach won an O'Reilly Open Source Award recognizing her leadership,
creative, and collaborative contributions to Open Source Software!
Lyz's contributions to OSS are indeed inspirational. She's been a
sustained contributor to the community for many years. Ubuntu really
wouldn't be the same without her.
