If the L1 support team is not able to resolve your issue, they will contact
L2 support. Not every issue that appears to be "the database" is actually
caused by a database problem. Our team will sort it out and pass it along
as appropriate
I will not be available for Project-related work while I'm out, however The
Hartford's Application DBA team may be able to provide some limited support
for small or urgent issues. I will find out with the appropriate escalation
path is to request this support

If you need to speak with someone quickly, you can try to call or email
Russ Bedner, Team Lead for Remedy Support at The Hartford, and he will
determine if it is necessary to escalate an issue to me -
