[Ubuntu-US-CA] Team meeting scheduled for October 31st moved to November 7th

Hey everyone,

Since our next IRC meeting lands on Halloween and many of us will be
away for the evening enjoying the festivities with friends and family,
we've decided to move the next meeting to Sunday, November 7th at 7PM
PST.
