[Ubuntu-US-CA] Ubucon SCaLE8X: Advertising meeting

As Ubucon fast approaches, we're preparing to start advertising
aggressively.  We're going to meet for an hour today, Thursday, February
4th, 2010 at 18:00 PST to finalize branding and discuss how best to
spread the word of this awesome event.

Join us on in #ubuntu-california on irc.freenode.net.  We're looking for
some great ideas on how to reach as many people as possible.
