[Ubuntu-US-CA] California T-Shirts!

Hi folks!

At SCaLE down in LA in February the team received a gracious donation
of Ubuntu California t-shirts, 16 are left.

These shirts have been shipped up to me here in San Francisco and we
would like to begin distribution.

We want this to be as fair as possible and get these shirts in the
hands of the most active members first, but I'd also like to get these
out the door and it won't be perfect. Patience with the process is
appreciated! :) We'd like to see another run of shirts with specific
size requests met soon, so if you don't get one this time around we'll
work to make sure you get one next time - and by having your size
already we'll have a better idea of where the size demand is!

All the shirts have the Ubuntu California logo small on the front, and
large on the back:

1. A quick summary of your involvement in Ubuntu California event
planning (if any)
2. A quick summary of your involvement in Ubuntu California attending
events (if any)
3. A quick summary of other Ubuntu California work you've done outside
of events that should be considered (if any)
4. Your name and approximate location[0]
5. Your shirt size (like: Men's XL)

A link to your Ubuntu wiki page that summarizes these is fine too.

to ship it, and won't need it at all if you're in the bay area and we
can meet. If you are in the bay area I would appreciate it if you
could meet me somewhere (maybe at some event!) since all shipping
costs would be coming out of my pocket personally.
