[Ubuntu-US-CA] Team Approval Work

I want to thank everyone who contributed (directly and indirectly) to
the https://wiki.ubuntu.com/CaliforniaTeam/ApprovalApplication and the
meeting.  You people rock!  I want to especially thank Neal for
representing the team to the LoCo Council and fielding questions so
well.  I look forward to growing the team and expanding our activities
in all of California!
