[Ubuntu-US-CA] Placing Team Karmic CD Order

I don't know if they already come sleeved, but if they do it may be 
easier to use glabels and make a nice label to stick on the Ubuntu 
provided sleeve.. they come in different sizes from standard mail labels 
to one's meant for .. VHS tapes (if anyone remembers those) :)....
