[Ubuntu-US-CA] the shirts

We need two things.

  * shirt color & artwork

If only the logo is used - layout is trivial.  If anyone wants
something else someone must step forward to design the shirts as
Ernest requested.

  * numbers for each shirt size

To decide on numbers & sizes maybe the wiki page would be useful to
count up how many and which sizes people would like.

Constructive feedback is encouraged.
